Ohio Pickling & Processing offers mechanical properties testing by its in-house metallurgical laboratory.
We provide fast turn-around times for customers who require lab testing. Samples are cut from coils that you send to us for processing. Test reports are promptly completed by our own lab or another certified lab, including Full Stress-Strain Curve, Yield Strength, Tensile Strength, Total Elongation, N-value, Rockwell hardness, and more.
We provide fast turn-around times for on-site mechanical properties testing and certified results in partnership with A2LA and PJLA accredited labs:

A key component of our quality assurance offering is our newly upgraded state-of-the-art ISRA Parsytec automated surface inspection system, which enhances our pickling processes. Our Parsytec system identifies material surface defects and produces width charts which can alert our customers to potential upstream and downstream production issues, and catalogues and maps defects on every coil.
The system also generates real-time quality grading data to prevent under- or over-pickling and reduce rework potential.
